Thank you for choosing to pre-order from Card Mart. This Pre-Order Policy explains the terms and conditions governing pre-orders for products that are not yet available for immediate shipment. By placing a pre-order, you agree to these terms.

 

2. Pre-Order Eligibility

4. Estimated Shipping Date

5. Order Cancellations and Refunds

• Before Shipping: Orders can be cancelled before shipment but are subject to a 6% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.

• After Shipping: Once the product has shipped, our standard return policy applies.

• Order Changes: Changes to your pre-order (e.g., shipping address, product variant) are allowed before the order is processed for shipment.

 

6. Price and Promotions

• Pre-order prices are fixed at the time of purchase. If the price decreases after your pre-order, we will not offer a refund for the difference

• Discounts, promotions, or coupon codes cannot be applied to pre-orders unless explicitly stated.

 

7. Shipping and Delivery

• Pre-orders are shipped on a first-come, first-served basis once the product is available.

• Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs clearance.

• If the product becomes unavailable or is discontinued, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

• We reserve the right to make minor changes to the product specifications, design, or packaging before the product is shipped.
