1. No Returns on Sealed Products
At Card Mart, we take pride in selling high-quality, sealed products to ensure that every customer receives a brand-new item. Therefore, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges once they have been delivered.

 

2. Damaged Items
We want you to receive your purchase in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged, we are committed to making it right.

  • Reporting Damages: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you find any damage, contact us within a timely manner of receiving the item.

  • Required Information: Provide the following details when reporting damaged items:

    • Order number

    • Photos of the damaged product and packaging

    • Description of the damage

 

3. Resolution Process
Upon receiving your damage report, we will:

  • Review the provided details and verify the damage.

  • Offer a resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

  • Cover the return shipping costs if a return is necessary for inspection.

 

4. Exceptions and Limitations

  • We do not accept returns for items that have been opened or unsealed by the customer.

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling after delivery is not covered.
